  Hi, My website http://cluster015.ovh.net/~leucatev/wp-admin, is totally down. I can’t even access to my wordpress environment. Big sad news. Could you tell me how I can manage in order to access to my Worpress ? Please please please !   This support forum can only help with sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site it is using self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org).

  Your best bet is to contact your webhost and ask them for help. You can also ask for advice on cleaning up after the hack at the support forum for self-hosted WordPress: https://wordpress.org/support/
