My xanga files will not import after years. Still says 'processing'

Hello, I tried a few years ago to import my xanga files. When I finally signed back in after a year, and clicked on tools -> import -> xanga, all it says is ‘Processing…
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’
It’s been like this since I tried when I first made my wordpress account. Is there any way you can fix this? I have a lot of memories in my deceased brother’s xanga blogs, and would like to document it onto here. It’s truly important to me. Please let me know if there’s any way. Where is the export file from please?
How large is the XML file?Sometimes the importer gets stuck and Staff have to reset it.

Export file is from Xanga.
When I downloaded the zip, it had multiple files.
I have both my Xanga and my Brother’s I’d like to import.
I started with one, which is 501 KB (15 separate files).
The other is 1.2 MB (20 separate files).I figured the first .xml file I tried to export must have froze or something. Thank you for responding!

Hi! I been importing files fine, but recently maybe the last 5 files, I don’t see any new blogs that were imported. It says the import was successfil via email, but my number of blogs has been the same lately in the recent imports. Is there a limit on how many blogs/files i can import?

The last few files are listed: 260 KB, 211 KB, 201 KB, 29.9 MB, 88 KB, 3 KB. All of them are KB except one is 29.9 MB.

Yeah, I’m sure the 29mb file is the hangup – you can not export a file over 15mb. You will need to use a splitter tool to break up the file or you’ll need for you to send us that file so that we can import the file over for you. I can e-mail you first if you want us to try it for you.
