  I wonder if I can use my current web hosting with my current wordpress.com domain name and what should be done to make this up.

  You cannot use a wordpress.com domain name with third party hosting, but you can redirect the traffic to a self-hosted WordPress.org install if you purchase a domain mapping upgrade. See “Redirecting Your Blog” for more information.
