  MyBookTable Bookstore by Author Media
  A WordPress Bookstore Plugin to help authors boost book sales on sites like Amazon and Apple iBooks with great-looking book pages.
  Repository Crossload Method (Recommended)
  1.Log in to your WordPress Dashboard then go to Plugins -> Add New -> Search
  2.Search for “MyBookTable”
  3.Click “Install”
  4.Click “Activate” under the the plugin on the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  5.Follow the instructions at the top of the dashboard.

  Plugins are not available for .com wordpress, looks like you were reading information on org. wordpress (even the instruction link you give is .org you see) org and com are very different platforms; see this link for more information on the difference of the two.
