MyCred Shortcode delay issue

  Hi guys, I am facing a problem with mycred short code, it started yesterday
  My site users has been complaining about this,
  When my site users comment, click links, and do some other task on the site, mycred doesn’t award point instantly, it delays it for like 30 minutes, but it awards the point instantly in the admin panel.

  What should I do?
