mydomain.wordpress.com doesn’t exist

    Hi Wp Team

    I’d registered a domain through wp premium. Now, I quit my premium wp plan and also unregistered the domain. Because I want to have the domain registered and hosted by another company (where the client has the rest of their stuff). But it says now, that this specific domain doesn’t exist.

    What can I do to have my domain back?

    Hello –

    Since the domain was cancelled I will need to contact our domain partner and try to have it restored. We will follow up with you by email once we hear back from them. It can take up to a few days.

    Please note, that domains are not transferrable until they are 60 days or older. During that time, you will be able to point your domain to the new site through name server editing.
