I was wondering if I could add a sign up page,
Or is this not possible?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What do you want people to sign up for? An email subscription where they’ll get an email notification every time you post something new? Or would you like your site to have a log in function for your visitors, so that they can’t enter it without logging in?

Exactly, i want them to have there own username to make them anonymous, and then direct them to a private page of all users only

I see. You have two options here. Either you can make your entire site private, and only possible to view for your visitors if they have logged in. Or you can make a single page private, and viewed only if you have a password. Which solution do you wish to have on your site?

Sorry. Didn’t see the last entry there. Ok, that’s possible. First of all, I would read this document, to get a better understanding of the different roles you can assign to people that will log into your site. All of the below instructions are based on the assumption that you are going to give your visitor a Viewer role (so that they simply can view the website after logging in). Here are the steps to achieve that:
1 – login to your WP-admin panel at https://mysecretdiarycom.wordpress.com/wp-admin
2 – first we’ll make sure your site is private, so the site will only be viewed by people you give permission to. In the menu to the left, click Settings > Reading.
3 – In the Site Visibility section, make sure that I would like my site to be private, visible only to myself and users I choose is checked. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
4 – back at the main menu, click Users > Invite New.
5 – Fill out the form. Make sure the role is set to Viewer. Click Send invitation.Now this user you have invited will get an email where the user can create a username and password to enter your site. Nobody else can view it. To check this out yourself, log out of WordPress.com and then try to enter your site at https://mysecretdiarycom.wordpress.com. Let me know if this works for you.
