  I have just started some tutorials to learn SQL. I am not even sure if this is the right place for me. I want to try out creating a database for my personal use. In my tutorials, it says that I need to find MySQL database or MYSQL database Wizard. Please let me know what is it that I have to do next. Thanks

  Hello there,

  There is no MySQL/database access here at WordPress.com. It sounds as if you may wish to start a self-hosted WordPress.org site, if you are teaching yourself SQL and need that sort of access.

  If you’re not familiar with the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, this should help:
