  I have been trying to get an answer to this for two hours now. When I try to login to my website Glenndaidonephotography.com, a pop up reads Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MYSQL extension…. Is the average person supposed to know what that mean and how to fix it. How long have I been paying to keep a site running that nobody can access?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  Please contact support at your hosting provider directly for help with this, as they control the PHP and MySQL versions installed on your server.
