MySQL admin web interface on wordpress.com hosted sites?

    Hi,

I am currently setting up my first WordPress / WooCommerce / B2BKing Shop.
For the tiered pricings of variable products, I have to enter all the price tiers again and again for every variant.

Hence, I wanted to utilice some SQL magic to make my live easier.

Is there a way to install the WP phpMyAdmin Plugin on a wordpress.com hosted site? When I tried the installer complained:

    Destination folder already exists. /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin-extension/

I assume it’s a security feature not to tinker around with other people sites?

    Thanks for your input!

    Greets,
    Andreas

    Hi there!

You can directly access your database by following the instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/phpmyadmin-and-mysql/ – you don’t need a plugin for this (and a plugin may not even work well).

Also, I wanted to mention that your monthly Business plan gives you access to email support. You can go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact to send us an email directly instead of posting on this support forum which is mainly for free WordPress.com sites.

If you have more questions about this, please go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact and send us an email. We’ll get back to you via email once you’ve sent us a message. :)
