  Can MySQL databases be integrated into a WordPress website? Also, can custom HTML be added (for example, if I want to include more than one PayPal button for a single order item)? Thanks.

  You will not be able to directly interact with MySQL Databases on WordPress.com.
  You can however set up REST API access to your MySQL databases and install custom plugins in your WordPress.com to use the REST API.
