  There is no FTP access for WordPress.com sites. All media and file uploading is done through the Dashboard interface. There is also no MySQL access. Both of those things are required with a self hosted WordPress.org site, but not a WordPress.com site.

  What are you trying to gain file and MySQL access in order to do?
