Mysterious Problem w/ Tumblr

I have publicized my WordPress posts to Tumblr. However, one particular post will not publicize to Tumblr while all the others have. I tick the “publicize-Tumblr” box, hit update but it never appears on my Tumblr blog.
I was able to publicize other posts both before and after. I tried disconnecting Tumblr from WordPress, revoking access on Tumblr and reconnecting, but this didn’t work. I have edited the post in various ways, but that also won’t work. I have tried different browsers, computers and WP users.
Why is one post refusing to publicize? Any ideas?

This is a long shot, but Tumblr now limits the number of automatic feeds, ie Publicize sources, that you can attach to one Tumblog. Now it’s at four maximum, and new Tumblrs apparently aren’t allowed to do it at all. They say they had too big a problem with spam.

Thanks for the thought, but I don’t think that’s the issue. I am only publicizing from a single WP blog. And all other blog posts were successfully publicized. Only a single post refuses to publicize onto Tumblr.

http://theglutenminded.com/ is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we do not provide support for it here. WordPress.org are completely separate sites with different username accounts and logins. You are posting to the wrong support forum. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
