Mysterious White Screen
-
In searching for answers, I’ve come across two fixes:
1- it’s a plug-in issue (which I apparently have no control over in .com)
2- it’s a theme issue (which I changed and it didn’t fix the problem)When I’m in customize mode, the site is there. Theme: Mystique
Suggestions?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have the White Screen of Death – yes there is an official name for it – the quick fix is simple –
However:
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
For more on the difference: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are asking for help with a WordPress.COM site then we need a link to that site to give you accurate help.

Sorry if I don’t understand completely here, but I have a .com log-in and do all of my work on .com

Both log-in’s look the same – your name servers point to Godaddy – so you can’t be on WordPress.COM with coulproductionsllc.com.
Non-WordPress.com Nameservers
Although coulproductionsllc.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below.
To learn about how to correctly map an existing domain, please see our documentation. If you’re not sure whether you own this domain or not, the WHOIS database record may help you out.
If you are really here then it is not with coulproductionsllc.com. and we need the base URL – your-site.wordpress.com to give you any help

You have the domain mapping screwed up – you are framing the site into something at Godaddy – we support domain mapping but you are on your own with framing into another web site –
It looks like you have purchased the domain mapping but your name servers are not pointing here

I fixed the nameservers issue, but the site is still white screen. any other suggestions?

The name servers are still pointing to Godaddy, which is not correct if you want the domain mapping to your blog here to display coulproductionsllc.com – but the domain mapping is correct if you are trying to frame the web site to Godaddy – but the framing support is not supported here,
