Mystery 404 slowing my homepage loading, can anyone point me to the problem?

    When loading my homepage, a significant portion of time is taken to load a URL which results in a 404.

    I don’t know what it’s pointing at, and for now have redirected it to the homepage via a 301. Developer tools gives me the following as the culprit file.

    1. Request URL: https://theqr.co.uk/s/f.php?5f69fd.js
    2. Request Method: GET
    3. Status Code: 301
    4. Remote Address: 192.0.78.216:443
    5. Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin

    Does anyone know if this is from a plugin, or have I created it somehow?
