Hi @wsmcmahonyahoocouk, this was for a No-Ads upgrade a site about criminal justice reform. Did you want to keep that going? No-ads is an older upgrade that’s no longer available as a separate purchase, but we could put the ads and domain mapping together into one plan that would also give you extra space, and access to direct support as well as a handful of other paid upgrades, like a donation block.
The only caveat: we’d need you to log into the account that owns the upgrade so we can help you work all that out.
If you would like us to simply refund the upgrade and remove that for you, update us here and we’ll sort that out. In the meantime, I’ve removed the transaction ID as we do consider that private info, but I’ve noted it for other staff members.

OK. I am not sure which site it is … if it has the word abolition in it then that would make sense. Otherwise you will have to tell me…
Can you refund the money? I will to those who presently running the site about putting other bank details on.
BTW I couldnt find any record of bill payments on my bank account – is this the first payment from my account?

Since you’ve been unable to sign in to the account with the charge there are 2 other ways to get this refund sorted out.
1. Use the payment details to regain access to the account through the account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
2. The other option is to reach our payments team directly through https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

So I have used the payment details ref on my bank account with the correct details for date and details on card – checked it – but the system says it cant find it?
