Mystery email about 'We have finished exporting your site'

  I just got an email saying ‘We have finished exporting your site ….’ It says absolutely nothing about what this means ? Without some background or context the email itself is totally meaningless. There is no explanation as to why this is happening or who authorized this. I can not find any customer service phone number anywhere on their website – there seems to be no way to actually communicate with WordPress. Does anybody have a 1800 number for their technical support ???

  This sounds like spam — you shouldn’t get any emails when you export your site (only when an import is finished, but if you would have done an import, you would have known).

  I suggest you just ignore and delete that email.
