Mystile Theme Home Page not responding to changes

  I have an account with HG and I have been using sub directories to test store cms and themes. I installed and WP and Woocommerce and looked at several themes looking at mmystile a couple of times.
  Then I loaded a banner and it never appeared.
  I went to themes and deleted mystile and reloaded mystile.

  The Banner Appeared I had orange text in the banner
  I changed it to black and it hasnt changed to Black

  I am new to this kind of stuff I dont know if I have a virus a bad theme , a bad user?? I also set a new browser tab and put in my web page and it has the WP Dashboard is that normal I am a newbie in distress??

  That theme doesn’t exist on WordPress.com:
  https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/search/Mystile/

  Then, you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
