Mystique theme not working.

  I am trying to make a site but I want to use Mystique theme. When I was trying to activate it, it stays on the loading screen like this

  I have been waiting for an hour and it still isn’t showing up. Ialso checked my internet signal on my computer and its a 4 bar. Please can you help??
