  payment restriction on my cart was recently unblocked but the domain which I was subscribing to is indicated to have expired. Kindly restore the domain naijanoisemakers.online

  It looks like you’ve canceled the domain name, meaning you no longer own it.

  Please let us know which of these options works best for you:

  Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.

  Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

  Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

  What I want to do is repurchase a personal Plan (on WordPress) with the same domain I used before naijanoisemakers.online.

  The reason it was cancelled was because I wanted to upgrade to a premium plan but misunderstood the upgrade thinking I was going to be charged twice. So I cancelled so I could start a fresh subscription only to be faced with a more complicated problem. This issue has multiplied beyond my imagination because I have sent over 5 correspondences concerning my domain, refund, blocked purchases on my cart and website.

  Right now all I just want is my domain (naijanoisemakers.online) on the personal plan. If I can still get it. And I am concerned about doing anything further on my dashboard because I don’t want to complicate issues more.

  In that case, please go ahead and purchase the desired plan. Do not register any new domains; just keep the free .wordpress.com subdomain, and let us know here. We’ll restore the domain back to your account.
