Name and Email not showing in Live Chat Dashboard

  When our visitors put in their name and email address and start a chat, none of their information is getting put into our dashboard, history, transcripts etc.

  Sounds like your site does not use the managed hosting environment from WordPresss.com. You will need to visit https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get assistance with that site.
