  How can I transfer (migrate or change) my blog to a new name without losing all my data or starting over? example: (MyName.wordpress.com -change to- NEWname.wordpress.com)

  If you want to change it to a custom domain name please find the information here:

  However, if you’d prefer to change your website address within the free WordPress.com plan follow these guidelines:
