name change

    hello,
    On 11/21, I paid WordPress to build a site for thegoodorigin.com but didn’t get around to it since i was working on other aspects of the Blog. Now I am ready to built it, however, I have changed the name to aalign.com and not sure how to transfer the purchase. I don’t have access to (email visible only to moderators and staff) email either. Please help!

    Hey there, I’ve redacted your private info from this thread. Our records show that was for hosting rather than a site build. The purchase was for one year, and it was not canceled or renewed, so it expired a year later in November 2022. Does that sound right?
