  Can I change my blog name without having to start from scratch and have to redo all of my posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change the URL here:
  https://rubyrookieblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

  Just note if you get rid of a URL or username, that’s permanent.

  Then you can change the site title under My Site > Customize
