Name name needs changing but handled by wordpress

Hi. My website, lindaingham.com displays ‘account suspended’ and I see my Nameservers are not pointing to WordPress. I have tried to change this but the WordPress control panel says ‘handled by WordPress’ The domain was purchased through yourselves and I have mapping set up. Is it possible you can change this for me or let me know how it can be done please?

It looks like the domain lindaingham.com is indeed mapped to your WordPress.com blog as shown here:
https://lindaingham.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
However, the name servers are pointed elsewhere (DNS Owl). In order to get the domain working correctly, you will need to clear up the suspension at your registrar and change the name servers to point to WordPress.com. The suspension isn’t occurring as a result of anything happening at WordPress.com.
Can you try reaching out to your registrar?

Hi Jeremey and thanks for the info. We will attempt to contact the name registrar namesilo.com but I’m pretty sure the domain name was registered through WordPress so we don’t have an account with them. Is it possible to confirm if the name was registered through WordPress?
Sorry to be vague but this was all set up by a third party.

The domain lindaingham.com wasn’t registered through WordPress.com. It looks like it was indeed registered through Namesilo. You can see that information on the public record here (Should read Namesilo, LLC under “Registrar”):
