Name no longer redirecting – can’t find settings to change dns records

    Hello, my domain ‘thehumanclimate.com’ used to redirect automatically to thehumanclimate.wordpress.com and it no longer does this. We don’t need the final landing page to be thehumanclimate.com but we do need a redirector so people land on my wordpress site. Help.

    Hi @carolsmaldino, no problem — you used to have a personal plan on this account, but it expired a while ago. Can you add that back again?

    Then you can re-add mapping for the domain, and everything will work.

    You could also update the domain with your hosting provider to redirect it here, but for SEO purposes I’d recommend mapping instead. Also, the personal plan gets rid of ads and gives you direct access to support, as well as a handful of other paid-only features, so it’s a pretty good value.
