Name of my pages

  Hello!

  I’ve just realized that when you land on my blog http://www.mgluxurynews.com, you see 4 tabs:
  Inicio,
  Posts,
  About,
  Contact

  I’m trying to change the same of the one called “Inicio” for the word “Home”, because it’s in spanish and all the rest are in english.
  I went to my admin / Pages and I saw the pages about, contact, posts and another called “MG Luxury News”, which I changed for “Home”.

  After doing this change and refreshing my browser, I still don’t see that “Inicio” changes.. What confussed me is that before, wasn’t called Inicio in my admin, it was called MG Luxury News..

  My question is, how can I change that :(
