Name of the blog impossible to confirm

Although the adress of the blog I’d like to create should be free, it’s impossible for me to create it. What I made is that I wrote to the guy who had the adress :
marcheoureve.wordpress.com if he could delete it, because there was nothing on it. He nicely made it, wrote that that he made it and in fact he mades it but I can’t recreate it. I thought that the domain Name would be possible to use for me, but unfortunately not… Do you know how I can do to get the adress back for me to create my blog with this adress name? I’d be very glad to have it, it’s very important for me.
Can somebody help me? Somebody from the wordpress team who’d arrange it?

I’m sorry but if the blogger cannot be contacted by yourself and does not agree to transfer the blog to you then you have reached a dead end. There is no rule that one has to use a blog that they register and WordPress.com staff will not violate the privacy policy.

However, you can purchase a domain mapping upgarde and then what the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL is will not matter.
