Name server change did not work

  I put in the request to change my nameserver about 4 days ago (more than 72 hours). I keep checking on the dns checker and all that comes up is x’s. Not sure what to do or who to contact since I have a free website. Any help would be appreciated!

  Yes, it’s currently on wordpress when the host should be bluehost so I can change it over to a wordpress.org site.
