  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there, we do not control your domain, which is still registered with LCN.com (a reseller of Tucows domains) as you can see listed here: https://gwhois.org/Educate-first.online+dns

  To clarify, I do see that you had the WordPress.com Premium Plan on your account at one time, and connected your domain to us (via settings) but you did not actually transfer the domain registration to WordPress.com. With this in mind we are not able to help you with changing your name server settings, but you can contact your registrar (LCN.com) and ask for their assistance with that instead.
