  Looking to change the name servers on my site, was told by WP Support (via email) that they would do it. Have since sent four emails with no response, and am losing a lot of money with my site down. I can’t access my dashboard because my hosting is down due to lack of nameservers. Any help from WP Support and I would be greatful.
