name servers for email hosting

  To get my email working, I have been told that “mail A record” is pointed to wordpress.com and it needs to be pointed to crazy domains (my email host). How do I do this please?

  Sorry but this really hasn’t helped.

  I have no idea what I’m doing, I need someone to break it down into steps for me. My email hosting is through crazydomains.com and they are saying that mail A record needs to be pointed to them. I have no idea how to do this and unfortunately I’m finding wordpress super unclear compared to weebly. Someone please help me!

  Note: the records need to be changed to match your domain and the IP records need to be double checked with Crazy Domains – they might have different records for your site
