Name Servers option missing from Domain Management

  Hi, I’m trying to move a community organisation’s site from WordPress to Panthur hosting service. They gave me new name server addresses, but my Domain Management page doesn’t have the options described in online help. This is for streetbystreet.org.au

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Lorraine,

  Since your domain is not registered with us (it is only hosting with us) we don’t control your nameservers. It looks like the domain was registered with eNOM as seen here:

  http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=alifesingular.com

  Please contact them regarding updating the nameservers.

  I am not wanting to do anything with alifesingular.com. This site is fine. I’m wanting to relocate streetxstreet.org.au.

  Gotcha. I see that you set the nameservers for streetxstreet.org.au to Panthur.

  I have not set anything. Panthur must have done this, but now the site doesn’t work at all.

  Thanks for this. We asked for streetbystreet.org.au, which was registered afterwards. Perhaps they moved the site to the wrong one. I’ll get onto them.
