Name showing up

  I have changed nothing in my settings, but suddenly my real name is showing up in the upper left corner of my posts, rather than my pen name. How did this change on its own, and how do I change it back?

  Oddly enough, my real name is spelled incorrectly when it shows up there, and I can’t find anywhere in the settings where I spelled my own name wrong.
