Hello, I recently purchased a domain name from NameCheap and am wanting to connect it to WordPress for my podcast. Help would be greatly appreciated!

With which site do you want to use your domain?
Just to be clear, you’re posting in the forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and you don’t currently own any sites with us.
If you want to start a new site with us on WordPress.com for your podcast, you can do that at https://wordpress.com/start/site/. You’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan to use your own domain:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
If you already have a WordPress site, then you’re most likely using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. In that case, you need to contact that hosting provider directly for help how to connect your domain.
