namefinders isn't showing

  Hi, I recently purchased the domain:
  houseofhannah.com

  I understand that I have to change the nameservers to actually make it work. But when I go to change them, name servers doesn’t actually show in the domain management window? – Where is it? I have already changed the primary domain.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  I am still seeing non-WordPress.com nameservers for houseofhannah.com

  http://who.is/whois/http://houseofhannah.com

  These are the nameservers that are displaying:

  NS1.LINKZ.COM

  NS2.LINKZ.COM

  They need to be set to:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Sorry but this Info doesn’t match our facts…

  Expires On
  May 20, 2014

  Registered On
  May 20, 2005

  Updated On
  May 29, 2010

  We only brought the domain last night…

  Ah, I understand now.

  So, you have not purchased the domain from WordPress.com. What you have purchased is our Domain Mapping upgrade, which is what you would use if you had a domain already purchased elsewhere and wanted to use it with your WordPress.com site.

  As you do not own houseofhannah.com and it is already registered elsewhere, you will be unable to use it with your WordPress.com blog.

  Therefore, I would be happy to refund the Domain Mapping upgrade purchase or apply it as credit to your account towards registration of a different domain name.

  Does that all make sense?

  Oh ok…it didn’t make that clear when we brought it.

  A refund would be amazing. How do we go about that?

  Howdy!

  I’ve cleared out that domain mapping upgrade from your account and processed the refund.

  It may take about a week before the refund appears on a bank statement, but you can verify it in the Store > Billing History section of your Dashboard.
