  Hello, I bought a domain from wordpress and mapped it to goaddy in 2016 but a few day back this domain expired and i did not realize. Now the websites not working from the past 5 days. I have paid 99$ to wordpress.com, bought a new plan for 86$ and domain mapping for 13$ .
  The problem I am facing is that i cannot change the name servers here on wordpress.com. There is no option to do so.

  I have followed all the instruction but when i click on Domains page all
  I see is Email and DNS Records. There is no option to change the Nameservers

  Please help me out.

  Hi trippindian,

  trippindian.com expired on 2017-06-23 which is why you are no longer able to renew it from your account. The domain is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  We can still try to recover it but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee. The plan you have already purchased will cover the cost of the domain itself. If you agree to the redemption fee, I can generate a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

  If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released, although this can take 80 days or more. There is also no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.

  The cost of the domain is included in your plan so I have refunded the additional domain mapping upgrade you purchased as it’s not needed. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History.

  I have followed all the instruction but when i click on Domains page all

  It won’t be possible to manage the domain from your account until it has been restored from redemption and added back to your site.

  Please let me know which option above you would prefer.
