names in coments not showing
-
the names of people commenting are not showing; can you help me fix this?
-
I wanted to upload a screenshot but see no way to do this.
if you go to this post you will see that my name shows up when I comment, and only one visitor comment; the rest are blank but I can see their name and email in the admin panel.

Any help is appreciated.

In your theme’s style.css file, you have a CSS rule that looks something like this:
.comment-header, .ping-list .comment-meta { background-color: #fff; color: #fff; float: left; font-weight: 700; padding: 30px; width: 100%; }The “color: #fff;” part of that rule is making the comment header (the commenter’s names) white text on a white background. Try removing the “color: #fff;” part of that rule or add a new rule to change the color back to black or dark gray for “.comment-header”
I also noticed that https://www.sugaredproductions.com/ is setup using WordPress software, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn about the differences.
Because the blog is not hosted here at WordPress.com, you should ask any further questions in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums at http://wordpress.org/support/ or ask your theme developer for help directly.

I apologize if I posted in the wrong place, WP newbie. I do appreciate your response. :)

No problem at all! The names of these things are a big confusing. :) That’s why I try my best to give an answer alongside good advice for how/where to post next.
