NAMES.CO.UK domain mapping

  dns nameservers email confused!! nothing working, paid for the mapping service and need my email to work, please help. no idea how to set it all up so it works.

  Hi there,

  I see that the nameservers have been updated, but you did not set your primary domain to your custom domain. Go to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard and select your domain as the primary and it should work!

  As for your email, I see that you added Custom DNS, but they may not be in the right format. Please edit your Custom DNS to this and see if it works:

  • MX 10 athena.hosts.co.uk.
  • MX 10 hermes.hosts.co.uk.

  Please note that it can take a few hours for this to fully propagate.
