If your domain is registered through WordPress.com you can follow this guide on how to change your nameservers:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/The changes can take up to 72 hours to become active, but typically take only a few minutes.

Ya i saw that one, too late unfortunately. The people at one.com told me to delete my website at WordPress So I don’t have the opportunity to do that anymore. U know anyone I can email? Thanks again, really appreciate it!

You can add the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic to notify the Support Staff for further assistance.

Hi there,
Why would one.com ask you to delete your site? I set it up to where you can now follow the instructions to point your nameservers over to one.com as @fstat mentioned:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
Please let me know if you have any trouble.
Thanks!

hello and thank you for your help! the thing is that the guide wants me to klick woodpeckersdesign.net, but the only thing i can see under my domains is woodpeckersdesigndotcom.wordpress.com, maybe because one.com have my domain?
Thanks again! -

Hi again!
I could see it now! and i changed the nameserver to my choice, nothing has happened yet but it said it could take up to 72 hours and its only been one hour. If it doesn’t work i,ll write here again! Thank you so much -

Hello again!
I tried to change the nameserver and it says “Yay, the nameservers have been successfully updated!”. When i log in to my site again and klick on nameservers and DSN again the “Use WordPress.com Name Servers” button is back on again. -
Hi there,
The nameservers are still pointing to WordPress.com. Where are you trying to point your domain to? I can help you if you like.
Let me know. Thanks!

Alright, nameservers are set and it appears that it is correctly pointing to your self-hosted site.
Let me know if you have any issues.
Thanks!

I talked to one.com and they say that my nameservers are still pointing toward wordpress? When i look at my site it says that i’m using wordpress as well. The button “Use WordPress.com Name Servers” is active.
-
When i first klick it, it shows me two domains -woodpeckersdesign.com and woodpeckersdesigndotcom.wordpress.com, when i klick the first one and press edit and klick on Name Servers. There I got two options to klick in 1. Use WordPress.com name servers and 2. Use the custom name servers listed below.
The first one is active and it shows me ns1.wordpress.COM and ns2.wordpress.COM -
Hmmm..interesting. For some reason the nameservers aren’t sticking when I save them.
The first one is active and it shows me ns1.wordpress.COM and ns2.wordpress.COM
Change those nameservers to to ns01.one.com and ns02.one.com and save it. That is all I have done the first two times and it saved correctly. The domain forwarded to your self hosted site correctly as well.
Let me know what happens once done. Thanks!

The same thing is happening to me. I’m trying to change the names to ns01.one.com and ns02.one.com. When I save it says “Success! The Name Servers for this domain have been updated. Please sit tight while these domain changes propagate around the world. (This can sometimes take up to 72 hours.)”. But when i log in and out again it goes back to the old ones.
