nameserver changed to parked status

We are in the process of changing hosting, BUT in the mean time, somehow the site http://www.realitybasedfitness.com/ got parked.
HOW do we access the hosting and change the hosting status BACK to the wordpress name servers? -

and http://www.wordpress.realitybasedfitness.com/ both resolve to a parked page…need to get this back to a live status just dont know how. -
ok, happened to find the log in for the WP hosting and changed the name servers BACK to
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
shows the change in the domain manager, but the site still resolves to a parked page.
generally how long does it take to show the correct page? -

i just tried and no change, also we need to the site to forward to another, when i try to forward within the control panel it doesn’t ask me to where i want it to forward it just changes the name servers to the ones wherein it gets parked.
So i had to re-change the name servers again, also, a correction in my second post i had an extra . in the url, should be
http://www.realitybasedfitness.com/ -
ok, so now the parking is gone, but the site
http://www.realitybasedfitness.com/ is actually resolving to what is actuallyhttp://www.realitybasedfitnesspodcast.com/
why is it forwarding ( and masking) to that domain, i dont see how to change it in the control panel. -
in discussion with WP hosting CS person i came to learn that WP hosting does not support forwarding, they are not a full service provider…i just set the domain up as parked with my current registrar, and pointed the nameservers over to them.
realitybasedfitness now resolves to where i want it.I asked, but got no response form CS as to why they offer the option in the domain control to “forward my domain” but don’t actually allow/support that option..
