  I’ve checked it, and while the domain shophomework.com uses WordPress.com nameservers, it is pointing to a Squarespace site through A records. As the site is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
