Hi there,
Please note that your domain is not registered through WordPress.com. You are only mapping the domain with us.
In order to change your nameservers you have to contact your registrar. I did a quick search and found that your registrar is NameJuice as seen here:
http://who.wildwestdomains.com/WhoIs.aspx?prog_id=wildwestdomains&domain=crybabysoup.com
Contact them and have them update the nameservers.
Cheers!

Well, when I bought that domain from WordPress today, crybabysoup.com. I paid for it on my credit card–it said it was available. That isn’t me who has that domain name elsewhere. Maybe someone else??? Why did it tell me it was available then? I’d like a refund if that’s the case.

If this is not you:
http://who.wildwestdomains.com/WhoIs.aspx?prog_id=wildwestdomains&domain=crybabysoup.com
that means you do not own the domain. You paid for a domain mapping that allows you to use domains registered elsewhere to be mapped to your WordPress.com site. So what I have done is provided you a full refund and removed it from your account. If you want to register a new domain, it will cost $18/year or $26/year with privacy. You can find more about this here:
