Nameserver transfer rejected

I am trying to change the nameserver setting für buch-selbst-verlegen.de to the indicated WordPress-Nameservers. I get this error message from DENIC. Can someone help?

You need a zone record added for the domain name you are trying to map. You need to contact support http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ type anything in the box then page down for the contact form.

I will also mark this for staff attention here.

I do have the same problem with the domain 7hills.de.

Would you please be so kind to manually add a zone record for 7hills.de,
if necessary to solve the problem?

It might be worth considering to mention the necessity to add a zone record manually in some cases within
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain

I guess it will avoid some frustration + you might sell some more upgrades

The zone record is in the link you gave but a bit hidden – I passed on that it is a bit hidden.

You can usually change your domain’s name servers at your registrar’s website, but the process is different for each domain registrar. Instructions for popular registrars are available here— if your registrar isn’t listed, visit their website or contact their support team for assistance.For certain domains, such as .com.br and other non-US domains (or ccTLDs), your registrar may require us to add a “Zone Record” on the WordPress.com servers before the name servers can be updated. Please contact supportand state the domain you want to map, and we’ll take care of this for you.

Thank you for the hint.
You are right. It is in.
I passed on that because i could not imagine this manual procedure would be necessary for popular ccTLD like .de with 14,6 Million registrations.

I had to read it twice to find the zone – I recommended that zone record information be made more visible.

Not a mistake at all – if we all do a bit then over time things get better – we get two or three zone record problems a day in the forum –
