  I transferred a custom domain to my wordpress site 4 days ago, but I still get a server error when I try to look at the url: http://www.tanyaerzen.com

  Your directions state that I need to change the nameservers to ns1.wordpress.com etc.

  However, when I go to the My Domains page, click on the edit link next to my domain name, there are only two tabs on the left “Edit DNS” and “Email” There is no tab for “nameservers” as your directions state.

  My domain name is registered at 3Essentials hosting, and they point me to the same directions.

  What am I supposed to do to get my website working?

  Hi Tanya,

  You need to change those nameservers in your control panel over at 3Essentials. There should be an interface which allows you to modify your nameservers. Currently they are pointed at: ns1.3essentials.com and ns2.3essentials.com which you can see here:

  http://who.is/whois/tanyaerzen.com

  The tab to change your nameservers is only available if you have registered the domain name here at WordPress.com.
