  I need to re-register my nameservers as they expired and I wasn’t able to anywhere. Also, I can’t log in and view anything in my account. Not to mentioned you guys have no way to call in or live chat, terrible customer outreach program.

  Our records show that ryanlevander.com expired on 19-dec-2016.

  Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.

  The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

  A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal, plus the $80 late renewal fee. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired. Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again.
