Nameservers change

Hello,
about a month ago I bought the domain casualtwist.com using the wordpress interface. Then I bought hosting from a local provider (Romania, since I am from this country). I want to change the nameservers biut I have some difficulties. When I bought the domain I didn’t received any e-mail with any info and I also didn’t start blogging right away. Then, when I try to log in to this domain, I can’t. It doesen’t appear to be mine. Now I don’t know what to do. Anyone can help me?

I also must mention that I have created a blog named veronicasticlaru.wordpress.com just for testing. When I log in with my username and password and I acces casualtwist.com it appears that I can post on this blog, but after I finish posting the post appears on veronicasticlaru.wordpress.com. Please, anyone can help?

You don’t actually need paid hosting; you can use the custom domain on your WP.com blog if you want. Here are the instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/

Ok, my main problem is that when I go to Domain option, casualtwist.com is not in my list. When I want to add it, it say’s that is mapped to another blog and the blog is casualtwist.wordpress.com, blog that was created automaticly when I purchased the domain casualtwist.com. I don’t have acces to that blog and I don’t know why. How can I find out what is the owner of the blog casualtwist.wordpress.com? since in the moment of the registration I didn’t received any e-mail of wellcome or any stuff like that. Now I am starting to think that maybe i misspelled the e-mail or the username. Is there any chance to solve this problem?
