    (1) Do I have the ability to change the nameservers and if so what is the link.?
    (2) Do I have to buy additional server hosting to make it live or is the 96 dollars good enough with out server access?

    dakotasafetyservices.com is your domain through GoDaddy, yes? I see that you have a domain with them and site hosting with inmotion hosting when I look here: https://gwhois.org/dakotasafetyservices.com+dns

    To connect dakotasafetyservices.com with your WordPress.com site, you will want to contact GoDaddy support and ask for their help in setting your domain to use the following domain “nameserver” (NS) addresses:
