Nameservers issues with Namesco

  Hello,

  We re-set the nameservers in a Namesco account this morning using the credentials:
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  A few hours later the customer received this message from Naesco:

  Dear customer,

  There were problems redelegating puretonesoundtherapy.com to the following nameservers:
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  The error message received from the registry/registrar was:
  EXCEPTION=DOMAIN_LOCK

  You may re-attempt this procedure with different nameservers by logging into your account at http://admin.names.co.uk

  We have reset the details in Namesco a little while ago but wanted you to be aware of the issue.

  Hi there!

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble changing your name servers. Although, I just took a look and it seems that your name servers have been successfully changed to WordPress.com and your domain directs to your WordPress.com site.

  Are you still having trouble with your domain?
