Nameservers not changing

  Hi!

  For the domain http;//elizabethmarro.com, registered with WordPress.com, we changed servers. I’ve tried updating the new Nameservers 4-5 times, but it keeps reverting back to the old ones.

  Last time it worked perfectly. Added the Nameservers, saved, and that’s it.

  Any ideas?

  As per instructions of our provider, we have gone ahead and changed the A records with the new IP; however, they said we should still consult wp.com as to why the NS are not updatable.

  elizabethmarro.com ‘s name servers are NS1.TRANSMATTIC.COM and
  NS2.TRANSMATTIC.COM.

  elizabethmarroblog.com ‘s name servers are WordPress.com’s. So this domain is pointing to your WordPress.com site.

  Could you confirm where are you trying to map the domain elizabethmarro.com to?
